"I bought a 1700 classic LT. What I liked about Impact Kawasaki the most was no one pressured me into anything! Once I had decided to buy, the sales staff worked with diligence to get me financed. I will return to Impact Kawasaki for my second bike tomorrow. The first experience was great. I'll let you know how the second one goes. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that this was my first purchase of a new bike and I would have found it very informative to know, unlike buying a car, that I would have to pay for the first oil change and service. I was told but after the papers were signed and the key was in hand that I would have to have a 600 mile service done at my expense. I'll see how they do on the next trip. Overall I had a very pleasant and satisfying experience."

"I like to thank Mike for making the purchase of my 2009 ZX14 an enjoyable experience. I work in Iraq and most of our communication was completed via email. Even with this hurdle, Mike ensured that the Two Brothers carbon fiber exhaust, lowering link, billet kickstand, and Power Commader was installed and the bike was ready to ride when I arrived home for R&R.
